Working With Kashyap

1. Project Planning

Before I start building:

• I review your requirements.
• I break the project into milestones.
• Each milestone has a clear scope, timeline, and cost.

This way, you always know what is being built, when, and for how much.

2. Payments

I work on a milestone-based payment model.

• Each milestone has a fixed cost, agreed before work starts.
• When a milestone is finished and you approve it, payment for that milestone is due.
• Once I receive the payment, I start the next milestone.
• Every payment is processed, tracked, and recorded through an invoice sent to your email.

I do not work on a “pay everything at the end” model. Milestone payments protect both of us and keep the project moving.

3. Communication

• I communicate clearly and honestly.
• If I have a question or get stuck, I will tell you right away.
• I ask for the same from you. Quick replies keep the project on time.

All important communication is handled over email. Email is the single place where you will receive everything — updates, invoices, and agreements — so nothing gets lost across scattered apps.

4. Weekly Updates

Every Monday, I will send you a short update with:

• Work finished last week
• Overall progress
• Plan for the coming week
• Anything I need from you

If we need to discuss something, we can set up a Google Meet call.

5. Quality

• I write clean, maintainable code.
• I test every feature before delivery.
• I would rather deliver reliable work than rush unfinished features.

I build, host, and maintain all source code in my own secure development environment.

6. Feedback & Approval

• Please review each completed milestone within a few days.
• Changes within the agreed scope will be done before I move to the next milestone.
• Once you approve a milestone, it is complete.

7. After the Project

Once the final milestone is approved, the project is complete. After that:

• Very small fixes may be free. I will decide this case by case.
• Any update that takes more than one hour of work is billed.
• New features or bigger changes are quoted separately — hourly or at a fixed price, depending on the work.

I will always discuss and agree on the cost with you before starting any new work.

8. Respect

Good projects are built on trust, timely communication, and mutual respect. I value long-term relationships and treat every client’s project like my own.
